HOLIDAY AT HOME

  "Pasties, Pilchards and Clotted Cream", 

Holiday at Home will be on Monday 20th, Tuesday 21st and Thursday 23rd August with the usual Coffee Fellowship and Craft, Games and Chat on Wednesday 22nd.  

You can guess which English County we will be featuring! 

This is for anyone who cannot get away for a holiday this year for whatever reason.

As before we promise fun activities, a 2-course lunch, entertainment and will again have an afternoon visit to The Jinney Ring including, of course a clotted cream tea.

CHRISTIANS STUDYING TOGETHER IN WORCESTER - 

Date:   Saturday 29th September 2018

Time: 1000-1300hrs, with registration from 0930hrs. - Place: St Andrew’s Methodist Church, Pump Street - Speaker: The Revd. Dr Keith Clements

Keith Clements is a Baptist minister and theological teacher with a long involvement in ecumenical and international affairs, and was general secretary of the Conference of European Churches 1997-2005. He has written extensively on modern Christian life and thought, with a special interest in the German theologian and martyr Dietrich Bonhoeffer.

HARVEST WEEKEND

Sat 6 Oct           5-7pm        Harvest Social 

To help us celebrate Harvest there will be a Skittles Evening on October 6th from 5pm until 7pm which will include a Ploughman's Supper.  

Tickets will be available later.  They will be free but please get them before the day to help with catering.  

Donations will be invited on the night for church funds. 

This is an opportunity to invite friends and neighbours to a fun evening .  

Put the date in your diary now and come and enjoy fun and fellowship.

Finding it difficult to get to church on Sundays? 

Why not come & join us for 

 MIDWEEK COMMUNION


 9:30am on the 2nd Wednesday of each month  

The service usually lasts 30-40 minutes and will begin at 9:30, immediately before our Wednesday Coffee Fellowship, so you can then stay on an have a coffee and good conversation.

We look forward to seeing YOU there!
